I was born and raised in Italy, dividing my time between the Tuscan countryside and the city of Rome. Growing up surrounded by history and art, I developed a deep appreciation for cultural heritage, which led me to pursue a degree in Art History. Alongside my academic interests, literature and writing have always been central to my life. From a young age, I was drawn to storytelling, finding inspiration in both fiction and historical narratives. Throughout my studies, Ihave explored the connections between art, literature, and history, using writing as a way to engage with and interpret the past.

Passionate about research and creative expression, I enjoy delving into overlooked histories and uncovering new perspectives through my work. I am also incredibly passionate about voicing current global affairs in an effort to spread awareness and educate, as well as share my opinion on matters that should be discussed and recognized, particularly by our younger generations who will go on to shape the world.

I'm a 21-year-old student at the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, from Serbia, with a passion for sports—especially dance. Although dance is often overlooked as a sport, I like to view it that way.

Writing for N/A Magazine on women’s sports made this perspective even more rewarding. I hope the story reminds readers to hold onto hope and push their limits.

Born and raised in California, I’ve found home in its natural beauties, drawing constant inspiration and vitality from its mountains and seas. Following a call to explore, I arrived in St Andrews to pursue a joint degree in International Relations and Modern History. Throwing myself into foreign and unconventional environments has reshaped my understanding and vision of life, as I place creativity and expression at the forefront. Thus, in life and practice I aim to capture and share the wisdom and love found in the immaterial, fleeting moments which define us.

N/A, and its ode to the unconventional, allow me to blend my artistic flair and vision-driven approach to produce intersectional and contemporary pieces. Bringing and embracing my authentic voice, I hope to amplify unique perspectives and display the minds limitless possibilities. I am unconditionally grateful for this cutting edge platform and the opportunity to learn, share and grow with the readership.

I grew up in Texas, Colorado, and Canada, having the privilege to travel different parts of the world from a young age. I have always been passionate about animals and the environment, especially the ocean. Growing up, my mother took me to different aquariums across North America every year on my birthday. I became infatuated with Marine Biology, which ultimately led me to St. Andrews. I feel called to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves, seeking different ways I can help animals of all kinds. I have an optimistic view of the future of the environment, and I hope that by sharing my perspective and emphasizing different ways we can help protect the environment, I will be able to change our generation’s sentiments about the future.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to write for N/A as it is an incredible means to promote optimistic environmentalism and to provide accurate information. It is an honor to be a part of such a creative and inspiring team.

I'm a current fourth year studying Modern History at St Andrews. Whilst I have loved growing up in London and its fast-paced lifestyle, I have treasured experiencing life in this small town immensely.

I'm hugely passionate about sport, music, and culture, and specifically how they shape society. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to write for N/A!

Hi everyone !

My name is Vijay Sule. I am currently a fourth year international student at the University of St Andrews. While I’m majoring in History, my heart has always been in sports and that’s why I wanted to cover Serbian Basketball.

Being a basketball player myself, I've always been a huge fan of Serbian Basketball, its unique setup, and its rich, competitive spirit.

Writing for N/A has provided me with the perfect platform to share my passion and insights into the world of Serbian Basketball and felt best for others to know about it too!

Born and raised in Brighton, I’ve been blessed to grow up in a city where people are respected based on character rather than social categories. In my 4th year living in this small town on the East Coast of Scotland, I could give the same description to the place I now call home.

My passions for sport and music are shared with many, yet most seem to disregard the interconnecting link between the two. As such, I’m thrilled to be writing for N/A to draw attention to both of these passions of mine.

Raised in various countries and influenced by many cultures, I've learned the power of connections. Settling in St. Andrews has broadened my horizons through new friendships and opportunities. My passion for creation, whether it's music, writing, or podcasting, helps me connect with others and make an impact. As a third-year French, Spanish, and Management student, my multicultural upbringing and language skills have fostered a global perspective and open-mindedness.

Writing for N/A excites me as it offers a chance to explore new facets of myself and contribute to a team known for its creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. I'm eager to see where this journey leads.

Native to Scotland and hailing from the West Coast, I have always cultivated a passion for understanding the world around me. My academic background in Earth Science and Geography drives a desire for exploration whether it may be at the top of a Scottish Munro or diving off the Dalmation coast.

Writing for N/A has provided an outlet for my creative streak and I’m thoroughly grateful to be given the opportunity to collaborate with such an inspirational and influential team.
